View Full Version : Creme de la Mer
Hello! I'm sure we've heard plenty about this miracle creme but at over 130 euros per 30ml pot, I want to make sure it works! Has anyone tried it? I expect to have dewy skin which glows and perhaps which also gets rids of some recent small pimple scars (I've been getting spots eversince I moved and they iritate me so much that I pick at them eventhough i know i shouldn't!).
Is this creme worth it?
p/s: if you know of better products, please do tell!
I have been having similar problems with my skin and have been using products from a company called Lavigne Organic Skin Care. I have been using the DMAE cream and it has helped tremendously, not only are my breakouts less but my skin tone is more even. The Mayan Magic balm is brilliant as well,I use it for really bad breakouts but it's also excellent for eczema, rashes etc.
Definitely check them out as they don't contain and preservatives or nasty chemicals either!

meitje, I joined this forum just to answer your question.
I was searching for more information on the product line that I am interested in (Aubry Organics) and came across info on Creme de la Mer. (I had not heard about it until 1/2 hr ago) I was on bodiorganics.com and there was an article on where/how this product originated.
***I'm sorry I can't find the direct link***but it was definately on that website.
Basically, what it said was the ingedients in Creme de la Mer are in NO way a superior grade or exclusive to this single product.
If you can justify the price for this particular product, go for it (if you love it) otherwise there should be many products that should give you the same reults for a fraction of the price.
Good luck!
meitje...I tried to answer you,...I hope the moderators will let it through. I had specific info for you, but if they don't post it---buy it if you can justify the price, otherwise, there are many products at a fraction of the price that will do the same thing.

I have used Creme DeLaMer and it reminds me exactly of Ponds Cold Cream that my mother used to put on my face when I was little. Smells and feels exactly the same. I got it a free samples and would never pay that kind of money for it.
