Help! 2 red dots on my nose..

Ok, probably about a year ago I noticed one red dot on my nose, it may have been there longer. I never payed it much attention, I guess I just ***umed it was acne. However about 2 months ago I decided to examine it closer. Upon touching it I realized it wasn't raised whatsoever like a pimple so then I tried to see if I could see an enlarged pore or black head but I couldn't see anything of that sort either. So I squeezed at it but nothing would come out. Now about a month after that another red dot has appeared on my nose. I have no idea what these are or how to treat them. Can someone help me out?

It could be a hemangioma, but searching for an image brings up more serious cases. My brother used to have a red dot on his right cheek, which wasn't a pimple, but you can just see it easily. He had it removed through a laser procedure and it went away, it has not returned so the procedure seems effective.
