I was thinking of trying a regimen of over the counter pigment lightening cream for the dark circles under my eyes. From what I understand, the cream is meant to reduce the amount of pigment that is produced in the treated area. My question is; if I go to the Bahamas for a week, will I come back with a tan face and pale circles under my eyes? I'd hate to have the opposite problem (pale circles under my eyes!).
