View Full Version : Wrinkles, Sagging, & Age Spots (some advice)
Hey everyone, I need some advice! My face over the past several months has been feeling less tight than it used to and I have some wrinkles, a few age spots (maybe they’re freckles, not sure), and acne scarring from years ago (as well as a little acne itself), so I kind of feel like I’m falling apart. I went to my dermatologist and he recommended the Xeridian skincare line to me so I wanted to see who else has tried this line and what kind of results they got. He’s been very good in his recommendations in the past but wanted to see if anyone had any advice on which specific products have worked best for them? I went to their xeridianskincare.com website and read each individual product description and their Clinical Studies/Science chapters which are pretty detailed about how they work, so I wanted to see who else with any of the conditions/concerns I mentioned above has used any of these products (especially those with acne-prone or problem skin)? Their website says one bottle of any of their products lasts 2 or 3 months, has everyone else had them last that long? Any info would be helpful, thanks! (oh, and does anyone know if they only sell on their xeridianskincare.com site or if they have any local retailers in the Los Angeles area?)
I’ve been using Xeridian products for a few months. I put the Sunguard Moisturizing Complex, Ultra Serum, and Ultra Eye Serum on my face and neck every morning before I go to work and the Complete Body Complex on my arms, chest, and shoulders. They’ve worked out really well for me, specifically my face is much tighter. I don’t have acne, but I did have some light redness around my nose and that completely went away. The Sunguard Moisturizing Complex works really well under my mineral pressed powder makeup (it holds the color in place so I don’t have to do touchups during the day and I don’t have that caking around my nose). I’m thinking about ordering the Renew Serum and Renew Eye Serum to put on at night, but haven’t done it yet, but will try to make another post after I have tried them. In reference to your question about the longevity of the products, I’ve had mine for 3 months and I’m just now getting to the bottom of the bottles, so they do actually last as long as they claim. Overall it’s been a good investment and I’m glad I discovered them.
Hi Steph, in response to your post: I've been using the Xeridian products for about 4 months now on the recommendation of my dermatologist. I use the Ultra Serum, Ultra Eye Serum, Renew Serum, and Renew Eye Serum and have gotten very good results, especially around my eyes and mid-face (they have a couple of other products but I've only used those). If you have sensitive skin the Ultra Serum and Ultra Eye Serum might be best, but if you take alpha/beta hydroxy acids then you'll get good results from the Renew Serum and Renew Eye Serum as well (if you've used Retin-A and had good results, they’re similar). Like you I also have mild facial redness (possibly rosacea, but I don’t know that for sure) and am prone to acne a little and the Xeridian products have helped a lot with both, especially the Ultra Serum and Ultra Eye Serum in getting rid of the redness. To answer your other question, my products last me a little more than 2 1/2 months before I reorder. As far as Los Angeles locations I'm not sure, I've heard they are retailed at Pure Beauty, which is a retailer chain of skincare products in some larger cities, but I just buy mine from the www.xeridianskincare.com site you mentioned. Hope that helps!
Hey everyone it's me again (I made the original post). Thanks to everyone who posted all the replies, they were all very helpful! So it has been 2 months now that I've been using the Xeridian Skincare products and I am really pleased with my results! I ordered all the face ones (you save a little money doing it that way if you order the Complete Face & Eye Packages in their "packages" section). I use them pretty religiously (the ones for the morning and the ones for the night) and could see a difference within the first week, but a really big difference now that it has been two months. Still looking for a retailer in the LA area... some people have told me their doctor sells the Xeridian line but I more mean a skincare store retailer (I don't wanna have to make an appointment with a doctor if I already know what I want), so if you know of any store locations that have them please make a post! The xeridianskincare.com site sells them on there but it is more convenient to buy at a local retailer. Thanks again to everyone who posted their results as well, I wouldn't have tried it without your encouragement!
Every morning I apply the antiwrinkle complex, then right after I apply the moisturizer. In the evening I apply the serum and then after apply the moisturzer again. after 3 months I can see the wrinkles disappearing from my face and my face is much tighter. The wrinkles around my eyes have disappeared completely.

Maybe you need the IPL or Intense Pulsed Light Therapy treatment for wrinkles, you can get some info on that here Intense Pulsed Light Therapy (http://www.longer-living.com/wrinkles/wrinkle_removal_with_ipl_intense_pulsed_light_ther apy.html) Keep in mind though, IPL will not work on natural aging such as sagging skin though.
